Program Management
Northrop Grumman Ship Systems Full Service Operations employs a strong, central program management approach in daily operations. Our program managers are organizationally located in the Fleet Support division for immediate access to all company resources. Program Managers is assigned to each of the Full Service Operations project to maximize resource efficiency and ensure customer satisfaction.

The typical project specific assignment menu includes:
  • Business Development
  • Program plan development (includes resource plan and schedule)
  • Program direction and monitoring
  • Customer Progress Reporting

Our Program Managers have the following resources and tools available to accomplish their duties:
  • Central task level budgeting and cost reporting system
  • Contemporary information technology
  • Program Analysis tools
  • Experienced project coordinators

Full Service Operations Program Management Services are available to for short or long-term assignments. We currently supply program management and project coordination services to enhance repair and overhaul efforts of CG-47 Class Aegis Cruisers and DD-963 Class Destroyers at domestic and foreign ports. The Full Service Operations routinely customizes support teams to meet any ship project needs from HM&E repairs to the vertical launch system installation to advance computer system upgrades. Our Program Managers builds these teams from a pool of select highly skills professionals personnel dedicated to accomplishing any maritime task to our customer's satisfaction.
